I was able to load the notebook into OneNote 2016, view everything sans one section (corrupt), and copy everything to a new tab. Additionally, when the user did successfully open the notebook many of the sections of a particular tab were corrupt. I had the same experience when I loaded the notebook as well. I had her clear her cache and try a different browser and nothing changed. In fact, she likely created most if not all of the content inside of the NoteBook. The user reported the same experience.Ĭase 4: OneNote! A user that only users Office products in the browser was unable to load a notebook that was part of a team site that she was part of.
